About the Role As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff leadership, financial performance, business development, compliance, accreditation, patient experience, and operational efficiency.



Practice Managers play a critical role in the success and growth of a medical practice, overseeing areas such as human resources, finance, marketing, risk management, and business operations.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as a Practice Manager within General Practice

Strong working knowledge of:

HotDoc

Tyro

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

Demonstrated experience managing practice finances, billing, and operational performance

Strong understanding of Medicare, accreditation, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and people management skills

Ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement business improvement strategies

High level of initiative and accountability

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
