Perth & Kinross Council is recruiting Social Care Officers to join the Home Assessment Recovery Team (HART D2A) across the South, Perth and North localities. The posts involve visiting people in their own homes, following a planned rota, and may include overnight shifts to support discharge from hospital and promote independence.
