What You’ll Be Responsible For As part of our Venue Management Team, you'll play an integral role in the ongoing success of your venue.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving performance against key KPIs including sales, labour, safety, venue presentation, customer experience and team engagement

Implementing strategies to improve performance and deliver results

Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and create experiences that keep customers coming back

Being a visible safety leader and ensuring protected operating practices are consistently followed

Leading, coaching and developing team members and future leaders

Understanding customer feedback and turning insights into meaningful improvements

Managing expenses and supporting the achievement of venue budgets and P&L; targets

Maintaining exceptional standards of venue presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness

Being hands‑on with the team across customer service, daily operations and food and beverage

Creating an environment where our team feels connected, supported and inspired to perform
