We are currently seeking an experienced Drill Fitter to join our Mackay team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician looking to further develop their expertise in asset management and technical support within a world-class OEM environment.

About the Role As a Drill Fitter, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical support and ensuring optimal fleet performance across customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, fault-find, repair and service drill equipment across customer sites

Provide advanced technical support and on-site training to customers

Conduct root cause analysis and develop defect elimination programs

Collaborate with customer maintenance planning teams to develop forecasts, task lists and maintenance instructions

Facilitate and complete product upgrades as required
