HelpAlong Pty Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our people and culture function. Based at Strathpine, you will partner with leaders to deliver a people strategy, manage performance, compliance and workforce development. The role is 20-25 hours per week across 3-4 days with flexible schedule.

You will oversee HR policy, reporting, and a small HR team, ensuring audit-ready records and alignment with our values and disability/service focus.
