We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/All-Rounder to join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities

Coffee Preparation

: Expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages. Customer Service

: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience. Shop Operations

: Open and close the shop efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed. Cleaning & Maintenance

: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces. Waste Management

: Take out bins as necessary. MarketShifts

: Participate in Saturday/Sunday market shifts as required. Money Handling

:



Process payments accurately and manage the cash register. Kitchen Assistance

: Perform basic kitchen-hand tasks during downtime or as needed. Requirements

Experience

: A minimum of 6 months of barista experience is essential. You must be confident in operating coffee machines and producing consistently excellent coffee. Availability

: Weekend availability is mandatory. Skills & Attributes

: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward assisting colleagues.

Employment Details
