Job Description

Beholdcare Services is seeking reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Casual Community Support Workers to join our growing team in the southern suburbs of Perth.

Key Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Must have their own reliable, registered, and insured car.

•⁠ ⁠Must hold a current Australian Driver's Licence.

•⁠ ⁠Must be willing to travel to Karnup and surrounding areas.

•⁠ ⁠Applicants living in Karnup or nearby southern suburbs are strongly encouraged to apply due to the location and travel requirements.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting clients to maintain their independence, participate in their communities, and enjoy a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Provide companionship and social support to clients in their homes and communities.

•⁠ ⁠Assist clients with community access, shopping, and appointments.

•⁠ ⁠Provide transportation to activities and appointments as required.





•⁠ ⁠Assist with light domestic duties and meal preparation.

•⁠ ⁠Encourage independence and participation in everyday activities.

Essential Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

•⁠ ⁠Valid National Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check, as applicable.

•⁠ ⁠Valid Australian working rights.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and professionally.

•⁠ ⁠Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to client wellbeing.
