Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and catalog items.
- Develop and support ServiceNow modules such as:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Create and maintain Service Catalogs, Knowledge Management solutions, and self-service portals.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Experience





- 3-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust experience with:
- ServiceNow Platform Development
- JavaScript
- Glide APIs
- Service Catalog
- Workflow/Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Experience in ITSM implementation and customization.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Additional certifications in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or Integration Hub are advantageous.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Pay: $95,721.03 – $130,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Australia
