We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Apsley. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Pay
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Hours you need to be free
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Support
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Day to day
Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
