Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Wareemba

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Wareemba. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Hours you need to be free

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- What we provide

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:





- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
