Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Erskineville

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Erskineville. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Day to day
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.





Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
