Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Mascot

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Mascot, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

The role

- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour




- Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
