Join the team at Fabraduct and learn practical skills in sheetmetal and duct manufacturing. We’re looking for reliable, motivated labourers to help manufacture ductwork and components for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry.
No previous experience is required—we’ll provide training. Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, construction or sheetmetal work will be helpful.
About the role
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, your duties will include:
- Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of sheetmetal ductwork
- Handling materials and moving finished products
- Using tools and equipment after appropriate training
- Helping keep the factory clean, organised and secure
- Following instructions and checking your work for quality
About you
We’re looking for people who:

- Enjoy practical, hands-on work in a factory environment
- Can follow instructions and work well with others
- Take pride in their work and follow safe work practices
Previous duct manufacturing or sheetmetal experience is an advantage, but reliability and a positive attitude are what matter most.
