We are looking for a reliable, well-presented and motivated Retail Replenishment Representative to join our team.
Requirements:
1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Vietnamese
In this role, you will visit our existing grocery store customers across Melbourne, monitor stock levels of our products, conduct stocktakes and coordinate replenishment orders with our office to ensure our products remain well-stocked and available to customers.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, building positive relationships with customers and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned grocery stores and retail customers according to a regular schedule.
- Conduct stocktakes of our company's products at each store.
- Monitor stock levels and identify products requiring replenishment.
- Prepare and submit purchase orders to the office in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with store managers and retail staff.
- Ensure our products are well-stocked and presented appropriately.
- Maintain accurate stock records and provide regular updates to the office.
- Identify opportunities to improve product availability and increase sales.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a valid Australian driver's licence and be comfortable driving between customer locations.
- Present themselves professionally and maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be reliable, punctual and well-organised.
- Be comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule.
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately check stock levels.
- Take pride in providing excellent customer service.
- Be proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
Previous experience in retail, merchandising, stock replenishment or the food industry is advantageous but not essential.
