Junior Administrative Creative with ability to be comfortable on camera for capturing some UGC content.

PopCandi is hiring a junior to keep the day-to-day moving and to help get work done inside Wildfield, our creative tool, using AI. The role is work from home.

What you will do:
- Take briefs and turn them into scenes, copy, and variations in Wildfield, using AI where it speeds the work up
- Keep files, versions, and feedback organised so nothing gets lost between a request and a finished asset
- Handle ordinary admin: inboxes, scheduling, follow-ups, simple docs, and chasing the small tasks that keep a job moving
- Check work before it goes out: names, links, captions, and obvious mistakes
- Flag when something needs a designer or a decision, rather than guessing

What we are looking for:
- Comfortable using AI tools to draft, edit, and organise creative work, and happy to learn Wildfield on the job




- Careful with details and able to run a to-do list without being chased
- Clear taste when it comes to making AI generated images.
- Fine working from home and staying in touch through the day
- This is a junior role. You do not need to be a finished designer. You do need to be reliable
