Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Cremorne

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Cremorne. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Hours you need to be free

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

The role

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- What it pays

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission.



The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
