We are looking for current caring and reliable female Home & Community Care Workers and cleaners who want regular, permanent weekly shifts and the opportunity to work close to home.

You’ll be supporting clients in their homes with tasks such as:

- Cleaning the home environment
- Personal care and companionship (if certificate 3 qualified)
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Transport to appointments or social outings
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing

Our shifts are a minimum of 2 hours each, so you can build genuine relationships and provide quality care without feeling rushed.

Regular weekly ongoing shifts.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:

- Qualified certificate III Individual Support (for some assignments)
- Female (genuine occupational requirement)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (genuine occupational requirement)
- Have experience working in Australia and know your way around Melbourne




- Willing to drive between clients homes

You must also have:

- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- Current Police check or NDIS worker screening
- Your own reliable car
- Comprehensive car insurance

The role may on occasion provide personal care for female clients who for religious or cultural reasons require a female carer.

Ability to communicate fluently in English is required to effectively support clients with hearing difficulties or dementia.
