Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Newington

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Newington. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Day to day

- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours:



$40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
