We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Greeter to join our car wash team in Brisbane.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and helping drive sales. Your role will involve welcoming customers, explaining our car wash packages, recommending additional services and ensuring the daily operation runs smoothly.
No previous car wash experience is required, as training can be provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Explain car wash packages and available services clearly.
- Recommend additional services and upgrades to customers.
- Build customer confidence and help maximise sales opportunities.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Manage vehicle queues and direct vehicles safely through the car wash.
- Communicate effectively with the wash team to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Keep the entrance and work area clean, tidy and presentable.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid Open Driver’s Licence.
- The ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
- A friendly, positive and confident attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and an interest in sales.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative and follow instructions.
No previous car wash experience is required. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and deliver great customer service.
