OASIS is gearing up for a massive peak season and an exciting 2027, and we're looking for confident, experienced and energetic Bartenders to join our onboard hospitality team.

Operating on the Brisbane River, OASIS is one of the city's most unique entertainment venues, delivering unforgettable experiences across three levels. From major corporate functions and private hires to headline DJs, international artists and some of Brisbane's biggest celebrations, there's always something happening at OASIS.

You'll have the opportunity to work across major events including New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Riverfire, alongside a packed calendar of entertainment, private functions and high-profile artist performances.

We're looking for bartenders who know how to deliver more than just a drink. You'll bring personality to the bar, connect with guests and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where outstanding service, teamwork and great energy go hand in hand.

About the Role

As an OASIS Bartender, you'll be responsible for:

- Preparing and serving a range of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Delivering fast, friendly and engaging service in a high-volume environment.
- Confidently preparing cocktails to a consistent standard.
- Engaging with guests, making recommendations and creating memorable experiences.
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented bar areas.
- Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Restocking and preparing the bar for busy service periods.
- Following responsible service of alcohol requirements, liquor licensing obligations and venue procedures.
- Working collaboratively with bartenders, barbacks and the wider team to keep service running smoothly.

About You

We're looking for bartenders who are:

- Confident,



personable and genuinely enjoy working with people.
- Experienced in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, events or hospitality environment.
- Skilled in cocktail preparation and comfortable working under pressure.
- Fast, productive and able to maintain high service standards when things get busy.
- Proactive, switched on and always willing to get stuck in.
- Reliable, professional and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
- Strong team players who thrive in a high-energy environment.
- Available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays, including major event dates.

You'll Need

- A current RSA.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- A minimum of one year of bartending experience.
- Proven cocktail-making experience.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to demonstrate basic cocktail-making skills as part of the interview process.

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour
