- Develop and implement the project strategy with Construction Manager
- Work to all agreed business objectives, including revenue, profit, reputation, client satisfaction, safety, employee engagement and development
- Monitor all current and future projects
- Develop a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for all projects
- Monitor project costs in order to ensure projects meet budgetary requirements
- Develop and maintain project management systems and procedures
- Review all post-projects reviews are completed and analyses ways to deliver an improved service to our clients
- Ensure the operational business practices, procedures and activities are effective and effective for departments to fulfil the requirements of their roles
- Commercial management of the project team
- Review scope of work of projects at pre contract stage
Pay: $130,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
