Venue Manager & Sommelier | Leigh Street Wine Room

Leigh Street Wine Room is looking for a Venue Manager & Sommelier to join our team.Located one of Adelaide's most iconic laneway, we operate in a small team of talented and creative individuals.

The role

A hands-on, full time role combining venue management and sommelier duties. You'll be starting as soon as possible.

- Order wine, manage the cellar and maintain the wine & drinks list
- Run daily service and venue operations
- Recruit, roster and train the team
- Run staff tastings and wine-focused events

About you

- 2+ years in venue management or a senior supervisory role
- Strong wine knowledge, with WSET or equivalent
- A calm, confident leader with a strong sense of customer service and excellent hospitality
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
