Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Sunshine North. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
What we are looking for
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Pay and super
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
There is no gym rent to pay in this role,
and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
