CertifyMe is a fast growing company helping skilled tradespeople obtain nationally recognised qualifications and contractor licences across Australia. Due to robust demand, we are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Windsor office. You will be speaking with tradies who are actively looking to obtain qualifications and licences, making conversations straightforward and rewarding with no cold calling.
Key responsibilities
Speak with clients and prospective students to understand their goals and guide them through the qualification process
Convert enquiries into enrolments while providing excellent customer service
Follow proven sales processes and utilise training provided
Maintain accurate notes and updates within the CRM system
About you
A motivated individual with previous sales experience who enjoys speaking with people
Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
A positive attitude with the drive to achieve results
Ability to work in a fast paced and supported work environment
Highly regarded:
Previous experience or knowledge of the construction industry
High earning potential with a strong commission structure designed to reward performance

Position: Sales Consultant Location: Windsor Type: Full Time Salary: $65,000 base salary (post-probation) + Super + Commission structure (OTE $110,000+)
