Farache Construction Group Pty Ltd We are seeking an experienced

Senior Commercial Site Manager

to join our growing team, delivering high-quality projects across the hospitality, fuel, and industrial sectors. This role is suited to a driven professional with a strong background in

commercial construction , particularly across fast-paced fit-out and new build, childcare some Goverment sectiors. Experience in sectors such as quick service restaurants (e.g. McDonald’s, KFC and similar QSR brands ), pubs and clubs ,

child care , government projects, service stations , and industrial facilities is essential. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget,



and to a high standard Maintain strict compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental requirements Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients Drive programme, sequencing, and site productivity Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and regulations Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced programmes Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred) What We Offer:
