We’re a growing e-commerce business selling a diverse range of products, including international foods, grooming and beauty products, toys and collectibles. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team and help keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing things properly and can work efficiently in a busy environment.

You’ll work closely with the business owner, receive guidance during training and gradually take responsibility for your daily tasks. We’re looking for someone who can use their initiative, work independently and help ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

What you’ll be doing

- Picking, packing and fulfilling customer orders accurately.
- Loading parcels into the business van, driving to the local parcel drop-off point and unloading shipments for dispatch.
- Receiving incoming deliveries, checking quantities and reporting damaged goods or stock discrepancies.
- Unpacking and organising stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting low stock or items requiring replenishment.
- Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and safe, including clearing walkways, breaking down cardboard and disposing of rubbish.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and helping the team meet daily dispatch deadlines.

What we’re looking for

- Previous warehouse experience,



including picking, packing, stock handling and maintaining an organised workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to picking and packing orders accurately.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and work independently once trained.
- Good communication skills and the judgement to ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive, flexible approach to work.
- The ability to stay organised and work efficiently during busy periods and tight dispatch deadlines.
- Confidence using smartphones and apps, with the ability to learn current systems.
- The ability to safely lift, carry and move stock as part of everyday warehouse duties.
- A current, valid driver’s licence and confidence driving a van.
- Reliable transport to and from our Smeaton Grange warehouse.
- An active ABN and willingness to work under an agreed ABN contractor arrangement.
