Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Preston Ascot Vale
Looking for a casual personal training role in Ascot Vale? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.
What the role involves
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Pay rates
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- How we support you
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Qualifications
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
