Support Network is looking for friendly, reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing network in Darra and surrounding areas.

We are seeking experienced support workers who are passionate about helping people with disabilities live safely, comfortably and independently.

We welcome workers with experience in mental health support, high physical support needs, personal care and community participation.

- Experience in disability or mental health support
- Experience supporting participants with high physical support needs
- Friendly, patient and understanding personality
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships and trust with participants
- Confidence in providing personal care and daily living assistance
- Ability to follow individual support plans and routines
- Reliable, professional and adaptable with availability
- A genuine passion for providing quality, person-centred support

Requirements

- Valid ABN




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Australian working rights
- Relevant disability support experience
- Relevant qualifications are highly regarded
