Looking for a casual personal training role in Badgerys Creek? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.
Your responsibilities
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- To be considered
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
What it pays
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability needed
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
What we provide
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
