Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Homebush

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Homebush. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What the role involves

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr




- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
