Exciting opportunity in Moreton Bay/ Sunshine Coast region!
We are looking for an inspiring, hands on Regional Manager to lead our growing Allied Health team.

What you will be doing?

- Oversee the day-to-day service delivery and clinical operations of your region
- Implement quality assurance activities to maintain clinical excellence
- Lead, mentor and support your teams of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists
- Build solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Drive team performance, growth and continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Participate in the strategic planning with other Senior Leaders.
- Maintain a hands on clinical presence within the region

What we are looking for?
Essential





- Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 year post qualification experience
- Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills
- A passion for delivering quality aged care services.

Desirable

- Experience leading or managing allied health teams
