Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Elderslie. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
Day to day
Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Work within our coaching and administration processes. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Attend mentoring and team workshops.
When you need to be available
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Pay and super
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What we provide
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
