Personal Training Position | Rosebud West

Looking for a casual personal training role in Rosebud West? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

What the role involves

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

When you need to be available

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

To be considered

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay structure





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
