You'll be the link between our customers, warehouse team and suppliers, helping keep stainless steel moving across Australia. From handling enquiries and processing orders to coordinating deliveries and building customer relationships, you'll play a key role in our operation.

About the role

This is a hands-on internal sales and customer service position within our stainless steel distribution business. You'll work closely with customers, warehouse staff, transport providers and our interstate branches to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Your duties will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Identifying sales opportunities and proactively contacting customers
- Generating invoices and related documentation
- Booking and coordinating transport and deliveries
- Liaising with warehouse staff regarding stock availability and order status
- Communicating with interstate branches to support customer requirements
- Following up customer enquiries and outstanding quotations
- Maintaining customer records and sales information
- Assisting with general office administration and support tasks

About you

We're looking for someone who is organised, professional and enjoys helping customers. Whether you've worked in customer service, administration, sales support, logistics or a similar role, we'll provide the training needed to learn our products and industry.

You'll be a good fit if you:





- Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Enjoy solving problems and helping customers
- Are comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
- Take pride in providing excellent customer service

- Are motivated to learn and develop your skills over time

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, administration, logistics, manufacturing, steel, engineering or industrial products is advantageous, but not essential.
