NexEnergy is looking for a reliable, qualified electrician to work alongside our air conditioning and heat pump installation teams on residential projects across Melbourne.

We offer consistent daily work and highly rewarding rates for an electrician who delivers quality workmanship, manages their time well and wants a stable, long-term working relationship.

About the work

You will attend residential homes to complete the electrical work associated with air conditioning and heat pump hot water installations, working closely with our installation teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Completing electrical circuits, connections and associated switchboard work.

- Testing and verifying your electrical work.

- Completing and issuing Certificates of Electrical Safety (COES).

- Maintaining safe, tidy work sites and a consistently high standard of workmanship.

- Following the daily schedule and keeping our office informed of progress or delays.

Our office team prepares your schedule and handles bookings, job coordination and most customer communication. You can focus on completing quality electrical work, with office support available throughout the day.

What you bring

- A current Victorian electrical licence and relevant contractor registration.

- The ability to complete and issue COES for your work.

- Your own vehicle, tools and appropriate insurance.

- Experience in residential electrical work, ideally supporting air conditioning or heat pump installations.

- Reliable attendance, punctuality and clear communication.
