About the Role
We are seeking skilled, fast-paced, and safety-conscious Forklift Operators for Container Unloading (De-stuffing) and inward goods handling who is ready to start immediately. In this role, you will safely offload shipping containers, manage high-turnover stock, and stage inventory for warehouse processing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Container Unloading & De-stuffing: Safely drive forklifts into containers or offload floor-loaded and palletized freight directly from sea containers.
- Forklift Operations: Operate standard counterbalance and high-reach forklifts to transport, stack, and move stock across the yard and warehouse floor.
- Manual Handling & Palletizing: Perform manual hand-unloading, sorting, shrink-wrapping,
and stacking of loose boxes onto pallets when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Australian High Risk Work License (LF Classification) – Mandatory.
- Container Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience unloading is preferred
- Physical Fitness: Capable of performing repetitive manual lifting (up to 20–25 kg) alongside forklift driving.
