Construction Cleaner – Builders Cleans

Valiant Site Services is building a construction cleaning crew across Sydney and surrounds. Work includes builders cleans, sparkle cleans, handover cleans and general site cleaning on residential and commercial jobs.

We're a current crew with real work already lined up with builders we know. We want reliable people who do the job properly and want to grow with us.

Pay is $38–$50/hr depending on experience. Builders cleaning experience starts you higher, but we'll still consider keen, reliable newcomers.

Sites change from job to job. Some jobs require travel up the coast to areas like the Central Coast, as well as sites on the outskirts of Sydney, so you'll need to be comfortable getting to different locations.

What we offer:

- Bonuses for quality work done on time
- Opportunities to lead your own team as we grow, with higher pay
- Steady work with repeat builders

- A boss who's worked on site and knows the job

What you need:

- White Card (must have)
- Driver's licence and own transport
- Willing to travel to the Central Coast and outer Sydney sites when required
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail
- Builders cleaning experience is a bonus, not essential

Apply with a short note about yourself and any relevant experience.

Screening questions:

- Do you have a current White Card?
- Do you have a driver's licence and your own car?
- Are you willing to travel to the Central Coast and outer Sydney sites when required?
- How much construction or builders cleaning experience do you have?

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
