Chef de Partie — KiKi Darlinghurst

KiKi Darlinghurst is an exciting new dining concept bringing together bold flavours, Asian influences, and a creative approach to modern dining. We're building a kitchen that values quality produce, attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a genuine passion for great food.

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Darlinghurst, Sydney. Someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, takes pride in their craft, and wants to be part of a venue with ambition.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to a consistently high standard
- Taking ownership of your section and maintaining smooth, efficient service
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Contributing ideas to menu development and bringing creativity to the kitchen
- Managing section stock, monitoring produce quality, and communicating ordering requirements
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider team to deliver an outstanding dining experience

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality, fast-paced kitchen




- A relevant culinary qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Robust cooking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team player who takes initiative and is passionate about developing their skills
- An interest in Asian flavours and modern, creative cuisine is a plus

Work rights and location

Candidates currently based in Australia with valid Australian working rights are strongly preferred. Applicants should be available to work in Sydney and ready to join a hands-on kitchen team.
