We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our operation, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service at all times
- Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic front-of-house team
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage staff rosters, performance, and development
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
- Work closely with ownership to drive service standards and team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
- A strong passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights
