We’re looking for a skilled, reliable and motivated Wood-Fired Pizza Maker to join our fast-paced kitchen team!

Essential Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in wood-fired pizza making.
- Experience in dough stretching, pizza preparation and wood-fired oven operations.
- Must have valid Australian working rights.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Reliable, punctual and a great team player.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
