About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on full-time Club Supervisor to join our Operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting team members and delivering exceptional service. Working closely with the Duty Manager, you will provide frontline leadership across Gaming, Reception, Catering and Functions while supporting the Club's day-to-day operations, promotions, events and member experience.

You may be an experienced supervisor looking for your next challenge, or an emerging leader ready to take the next step in your hospitality or club career.

In this role you will:

- Provide frontline leadership across the Club's operational departments.
- Supervise, coach and support team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints where possible.
- Support membership enquiries, promotions, raffles and member activities.
- Monitor service standards, presentation and compliance requirements.
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation processes.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Assist with the delivery of promotions, events and peak trading periods.
- Promote safe work practices and a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Club policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

About You





- Previous supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality, clubs, gaming or a customer service environment.
- Experience in Gaming operations and an understanding of gaming compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach and ability to lead by example.
- Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving issues.
- Robust attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Professional presentation and grooming standards.
- Availability to work a rotating roster across seven days, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG Competency Card.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Criminal History Record (Police) Check and an AML Check (Ettalong Diggers will pay for this).
