We're looking for an organised, commercially minded Project Supervisor to coordinate projects across a national footprint, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently and in line with agreed timelines, budgets and requirements.

This role is suited to someone who can balance the detail of project coordination with the bigger picture. You'll work closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving, resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes.

Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration or mechanical services would be highly regarded.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate projects from commencement through to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and progress.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour, materials and equipment.
- Ensure project works align with specifications, drawings, customer requirements and company standards.
- Monitor project costs and labour against budgets.
- Identify project risks, delays and variations, taking action to minimise disruption.
- Attend project meetings and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, timesheets, purchase orders and completion documentation.
- Support field personnel and help resolve day-to-day project challenges.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure relevant health and safety requirements are followed.

What We're Looking For

- A qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Experience in project coordination, project supervision,



project administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors or suppliers.
- An understanding of project schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate project documentation.
- A customer-first mindset, sound commercial judgement and attention to detail.
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services or technical building services projects will be highly regarded.
