What we're looking for
We are hiring a Head Pastry Chef to join the team following the completion of our exciting refurb and relaunch in October.

Successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a Senior Pastry Chef role overseeing a Pastry Team or Department
- Proven experience in developing and executing creative products at a hatted level
- Knowledge on rostering, ordering and stock management for a small team
