Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Huntingdale
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Huntingdale. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Pay rates
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
What we are looking for
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Your responsibilities
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Availability needed
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
