Afford is seeking a Head of Marketing and Customer Experience for a 12-month fixed term contract starting January 2027 in Parramatta. You will lead integrated sales and marketing campaigns, raise brand awareness, and drive lead acquisition while delivering ethical, customer‑centred services.

You will build and guide a high-performing team, translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor ROI, and partner with senior leaders to align marketing with growth goals while upholding Afford's values
