About the Role

We are seeking experienced cleaners to join the CLEANZA team on a casual, as-needed basis, depending on client bookings and business requirements.

Cleaning work may include residential homes, NDIS-related cleaning and other general property cleaning assignments across Western Sydney.

We welcome applications from:

- Experienced individual cleaners.
- Established cleaning teams of two or more people who would like to work together.
- International applicants with relevant cleaning experience who have the legal right to work in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform residential and general property cleaning to a high standard.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and other agreed spaces.
- Follow client instructions, cleaning checklists and agreed service requirements.
- Respect clients' privacy, personal belongings and individual preferences.
- Maintain professional communication and arrive reliably for accepted bookings.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Work independently or collaboratively as required.

Essential Requirements

- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliability,



punctuality and professional communication.
- Respectful conduct when working in clients' homes.
- Ability to follow cleaning instructions and agreed standards.
- Current legal right to work in Australia.
- Ability to travel to assigned jobs across the advertised service area.
