About Us

Peppercino Cafe is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. We are passionate about serving quality coffee, delicious food and providing excellent customer service in a welcoming cafe setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas and other drinks.

· Operate espresso machine and maintain consistent coffee quality.

· Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service.

· Take customer orders, process payments and operate the POS system.

· Assist with food preparation, plating and serving meals.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafe, including the coffee station, kitchen and dining areas.

· Refill stock, restock displays and monitor supplies.

· Follow food safety, workplace health and safety, and hygiene procedures.

· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Skills and Requirements





· Previous barista or cafe experience is preferred.

· Knowledge of espresso coffee preparation and milk texturing is an advantage.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive teamwork, time management and attention to detail.

· Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, where required.

· Willingness to learn and assist with various cafe duties.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.52 per hour
