Emporium Kitchens is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person to join our team in Auburn.
This hands-on role centres on CNC and edgebander operation, with training and supervision provided. You’ll also learn cabinet assembly and help across other workshop tasks, developing your skills in kitchen and joinery production.
Your role will include:
- Operating CNC and edgebanding machines.
- Learning cabinet assembly and assisting with production.
- Preparing and organising materials and components.
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and secure.
- Following instructions and working closely with the team.
We’re looking for someone reliable, punctual and hardworking,
with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
One to two years of relevant cabinetmaking, joinery or workshop experience is preferred.
We welcome current apprentices and applicants with relevant workshop experience. A formal apprenticeship pathway can be discussed with the right candidate, alongside opportunities for on-the-job training as a joinery assistant.
Pay: Negotiable based on skills, experience and the agreed employment or apprenticeship arrangement, in line with applicable award requirements.
