Snap Fitness Canning Vale Hilbert | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Hilbert. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Your availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will need

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour




- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What the role involves

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
