As Bakasura continues to grow, we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are currently hiring for Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager and Front of House Staff.

Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager — We’re looking for experienced, hands-on leaders who can take ownership of the floor, lead and train the team, manage reservations and busy services, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, resolve guest concerns professionally, and maintain consistently high service standards.

Front of House Staff — We’re looking for friendly, confident and energetic team members who enjoy looking after guests. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating customers, taking orders, explaining the menu,



serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring guests are looked after throughout their visit.

Experience in busy restaurants is preferred, but for FOH positions, the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are just as important.
